We’re both fitness focussed throughout the year. We ride and race in cycling events. We’ve started getting into tramping in the hills. And we both love training and pushing ourselves. We are also trying to fit regular weight training into our lives – which we believe is very important as we’re getting older :) We’ve both been coached before – but for now we’re content doing our own thing on our smart trainers and on the weights in our garage. We’ll post here about training in general – and specific things we’re training for.
